Ronald Judd

American, (1937–2005)
A well-known northern California ceramicist, Ronald Judd grew up in Oregon. He married his artist wife, Beverly, in 1958, and they both attended the University of Oregon in Eugene. After graduation, Judd completed graduate work at Mills College, where he also taught. In 1966, Judd moved to Occidental, California; there he worked as a master ceramicist. In 1989, he moved to Sebastopol, California, where he did woodworking.
