Olga Mandelbaum Ackerman

Olga Mandelbaum Ackerman was born in San Francisco, CA on April 5, 1865. She studied art locally at the School of Design under Virgil Williams. After her marriage she had a studio in her home at 3222 Jackson Street where she painted portraits and did plaster bas reliefs of friends and family members. A lifelong resident of her native city, she died on Nov. 5, 1913.
