Hermetic Image is a painted copy from an engraving in The Philosophical Epitaph (1673), showing the Hermetic three worlds of terrestrial, celestial, and supercelestial being, with man at the center with access to all worlds, from chaos to heaven and the archetypal world. Probably finding the image in Kurt Seligmann's History of Magic (1954), Hedrick regarded its diagram as a self-portrait.
