Ferdinand Staeger

German, (1880–1975)
Ferdinand Staeger was a painter, graphic artist, illustrator, and craftsman. From 1894-96 he was a student of the College of Textile Design Brno and studied from 1896-1902 at the School of Applied Arts in Prague. Staeger was a resident employee of the magazine "Youth" and during the First World War was an artist for the German war press headquarters.
