Esther Fuller

American, (1902–1980)
Esther Torosian Fuller was an accomplished Armenian-American painter, ceramic artist and patron of the arts. She studied at Mills College in Oakland, California where she was able to take art classes with Max Beckmann and other prominent modern artists. Fuller was a member of the San Francisco Art Association, the San Francisco Women Artists and Mills College Ceramic Guild. She exhibited widely and with success and was the recipient of numerous medals, prizes and juried awards, including from the De Young Museum in San Francisco and New York's Metropolitan Museum.
