Robert Kemm
English,
(1837–1895)
English painter Robert Kemm traveled to Spain between 1861 and 1864 visiting the cities of Seville and Granada, where he painted "costumbrista" scenes of traditional daily life in Andalucia. His first exhibition at the Royal Society of British Artists took place in 1874, and Kemm's canvases showed a romantic and exoticized view of Spain.
