Mikhail Filippovich Ivanov

Mikhail Filippovich Ivanov was a Russian painter and graphic artist. He studied at the Higher Art School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture at IAH (1891-1900). He worked as a landscape painter and also created genre paintings of peasant themes. After the October Revolution he turned to manufacturing images, and new themes of Soviet history and life. He also was a magazine illustrator.
